Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong
One of the places I freuqent when I come to Hong Kong is Central. Actually, now that I think about it, it's where I mostly spend my time whenever I find myself running around Hong Kong. What I love about the area is that there are so many things to see (and places to eat!!). Naturally, when I came to visit, I jumped on the opportunity to be able to stay in one of Hong Kong's finest: Landmark Mandarin Oriental. I usually see LMO every time I stroll around Central and couldn't be any happier when I finally got the chance to stay and feel a lil' bit (okay, a lot) fancy staying in a suite. Favorite thing about it I finally don't have to take trains to get to Central because I was already in Central so everything (well, almost) is a few mins walk away plus you're already near the Airport Express so no need to transfer trains anymore.
I arrived quite early and was told that my room was still being prepared so I had time to kill.I dropped my stuff and headed to a nearby coffee shop to try and edit some pictures I've already taken during the trip. After a while, I finally got an email telling me that my room is finally ready---hooray! I immediately got up, grabbed my things, and rushed to LMO (I paid for my coffee ok.) I arrived at the hotel and was given my key to my room. I stayed in an L600 Premier Room. I arrived and instantly fell in love at my room. It was huge. I had a living area, my bedroom, a mini walk-in closet, and a huge tub! I spent most of my stay indoors because it's just too comfy inside so I called my friends to come over and stayed there and watched TV until it was dark. Anyway, I'll stop rambling and start showing you what the room and other facilities look like!
You also have a couple of choices when it comes to dining. Either you order from your room, go to Amber, or go to MO Bar.
